En aquest context, els  <\/span><b>codis LER<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">juguen un paper clau per classificar, controlar i garantir el<\/span> <b>tractament de residus<\/b> adequat <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n exactament els codis LER?, per qu\u00e8 serveixen?, i per qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n tan importants en obra i ind\u00fastria? En aquest article t&#8217;ho expliquem de manera clara i pr\u00e0ctica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Que_es_un_codi_LER\"><\/span><b>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un codi LER?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El codi LER identifica de manera oficial cada tipus de residu generat a Europa. El seu objectiu \u00e9s   <\/span><b>unificar criteris<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, facilitar la tra\u00e7abilitat dels residus i assegurar que reben el tractament adequat segons la seva naturalesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>El codi LER (Llista Europea de Residus) \u00e9s un sistema de 6 d\u00edgits per classificar residus de forma homog\u00e8nia a Europa, identificant-ne l&#8217;origen i la composici\u00f3 per a una gesti\u00f3 segura, on els dos primers d\u00edgits marquen el cap\u00edtol (font), els dos seg\u00fcents el subcap\u00edtol, i els dos \u00faltims el tipus espec\u00edfic de residu. Es troba a la Decisi\u00f3 2014\/955\/UE i ajuda empreses i autoritats a complir la normativa, sent crucial per a la tra\u00e7abilitat i tractament ambiental. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En altres paraules, el codi LER \u00e9s el<\/span> <b>llenguatge com\u00fa<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que utilitzen empreses, gestors autoritzats i administracions per parlar de residus sense marge derror.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_que_serveixen_els_codis_LER_en_obra_i_industria\"><\/span><b>Per qu\u00e8 serveixen els codis LER en obra i ind\u00fastria?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En entorns industrials i de construcci\u00f3, la generaci\u00f3 de residus \u00e9s constant i variada.
